Boil milk in a pan.when first boil comes then pour custard powder dissolved in little chilled milk so that no lumps r formed.

Pour this chilled custard in boiling milk.Cook it for 5-7 minutes add sugar, custard milk thickens, switch off flame.

Custard is ready.keep aside to cool down.

Now we have to prepare beet balls.For this take ghee in a pan.. add grated beet in it.keep on stirring so that all moisture is absorbed.

Add milk.Add sugar and cardamom powder and keep on stirring to the extent that all milk gets absorbed and thick beet root halwa type is formed releasing ghee on sides and colour is also very beautiful and rich.

Allow it to cool down. Form beet balls by pressing in between palms and pour this balls in chilled custard already made.

Garnish with dry fruits, silver balls stars and colourful sewain.
