  • 1 tbspLemon juice
  • 8 ozCream cheese. Softened
  • 1/2 cupGrated carrots
  • 1/4 eachgrated cucumber, purple onion and bell pepper
  • 1Mayo

    Combine lemon juice and cream cheese
    Add enough mayo to make cheese into spread consistency

  2. 2

    Fold in veggies

  3. 3

    Spread on bread and cut diagonals
