  • 6 mediumcarrots
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/4 cupolive oil margarine mixed equal parts
  • 1 tbspdark brown sugar
  • 1non stick spray

    Peel the carrots

  2. 2

    Cut them all as close the same size as possible

  3. 3

    Spray pan get hot

    Add oil and margarine

    Cook covered till carmelized and tender
