Ingredients

  • 3 lbcream cheese
  • 3 cupcheddar cheese
  • 2 1/2 cuppepperjack cheese
  • 1/2 cupRed peppers
  • 1/3 cupmayonnaise
  • 3 tbspchopped parsley
  • dashpaprika
  • dashcayenne pepper
  • dashlemon juice
  • 2 tbspscallions

Steps

  1. 1

    Make spicuy remoulade by combining mayo, parsley, paprika, cayenne,. lemon juice, and scallions .

  2. 2

    In a food processor add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, pepperjack and red peppers and puree till smooth

  3. 3

    add spicy remulade to food processor continue to puree
