Steps

Take a deep bowl and sieve maida,baking powder and milk powder twice.

Add dry yeast in a bowl and pour half Luke water to yeast and 20gm sugar and stir and rest aside.

Take another bowl add butter to the flour and break into small pieces.Rub the flour and butter together to form bread crumb consistency

Add lightly beaten eggs,yeast and sugar salt solution into the rubbed flour and form smooth dough.

Rest the Doug and let it rest for 15mins

While it dough raises to twice volume,tap the dough and sheet to a a thickness of 1/4,Inc, portion this with Dough nut cutter and rest these on a flour dusted tray till it double the sizes

Add the risen dough gradually to medium hot oil in a fry pan and fry both sides to get light golden brown colour

Drain these and let it Cool

Coat the cooled doughnut with icing sugar or melten chocolate
