Prepare your baking tin by spreading margarine on it and placing parchment paper if you have some.

Measure all your ingredients right.

Sift your flour together with baking powder and soda.

Cream margarine with sugar.

Beat your eggs add vanilla essence then add them one by one to creamed mixture.

Add the almonds and incorporate well.

Add flour alternating with Orange juice. Incorporate the flour using a spatula. If the batter is too thick you can add some more orange juice.

Place the batter in the baking tin. Bake for about 40 minutes or untill it's well browned on the crust.

Beat 1Cup whipping cream.

Divide the cake in two portions. Smear the cream on the bottom cake add other portion and smear the cream as well.

Garnish with some almonds.
