Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 canArtichoke hearts
  • 16 ozFrozen Chopped Spinach (2 packages)
  • 16 ozMayonnaise or Greek Yogurt
  • 3 cloveGarlic
  • 1 1/2 cupShredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 1/2 cupGrated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cupAny other shredded cheese of your choice
  • 1 dashCrushed Red Pepper Flakes

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. 2

    Thaw spinach, drain and ring out excess water

  3. 3

    Drain artichoke hearts and chop up.

  4. 4

    Add spinach and artichoke hearts to mixing bowl.

  5. 5

    Peel garlic and dice. Add to mixing bowl

  6. 6

    Add remaining ingredients to bowl and mix together.

  7. 7

    Place in refrigerator for 30 mins.

  8. 8

    Place in oven safe container and bake uncovered for 35 minutes at 375.
