  • 1 3/4 ozKent Goldings hops (3T+ 3t)
  • 1/2 ozCascade hops (1T)
  • 1 tspIrish Moss
  • 3/4 cupCorn Sugar (or 5 cups malt extract)
  • 1 envelopeSAFALE S-04 yeast
  • optional
  • 1 lbFlaked Oats (optional)

    Same as 3 gallon batch. (use @ 4gallons of water). (save 5 cups of malt extract).
