In mixture grind milk made, milk, butter and vanilla essence together for 3 mins. Keep it aside.

In mixture grind all purpose flour (maida), baking powder and baking soda together for 3 mins.

Now in bowl mix both the mixture slowly. Lastly add paan leaves. Cake batter is ready.

Then bake cake in oven at 180°c for 40 mins.

Cool cake for 6-7 hrs.

Divide cake in 2 parts. Soak it with sugar syrup.

In first part spread whipped cream. Then spread gulkand in it. Lastly sprinkle paan leaves also.

Cover it with 2 portion

Now decorate cake as per choice. Paan bahar cake is ready to serve.
