Steps

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add boiled eggs, potatoes, pinch salt and fry it for 3-4 minutes and keep it aside in a bowl.

In the same pan heat 2 tbsp oil,add cloves, green cardamom, cloves, cumin seeds, cinnamon stick and cook for 15 sec.

Add onion and chillies and cook till the onions becomes transparent.

Add tomatoes and cook till it becomes smashed.Add Ginger paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder,pinch salt and mix well.Cook for 2 more minutes.

Add the eggs and potatoes and mix well and cook for 2 more minutes.

Add 2 cups water, kasuri methi, garam masala,1 tsp salt.Cover it and cook for 10 minutes in low heat.

Serve hot
