Clean the chicken remove the skin

Make a deep incisions on chicken

Make a paste of salt,red chilli,lemon juice,

Rub over the chicken evenly

Keep aside for 15 minutes

In a large bowl whisk the curd with remaining ingredients and mix well

Rub the chicken with above mixture

Let it rest for 4 hrs

Put the chicken into a tandoor cook for 8to10 min

Garnish with salad, mint chutney and lemon wedges

Serve hot
