  2. 2 cupsmix vegetables (carrots, sweet corn, green peas, green capsicum, onion)
  3. to tastesalt
  4. pinchsugar
  5. 1 tsplemon juice
  6. 1boiled potato
  7. 1/2 cupgrated paneer
  8. 1 tspchilli flakes
  9. 1 tsporegano
  10. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  11. 1/2 tbspturmeric powder
  12. 1 tbspcoriander cumin powder
  13. 1 tbspgaram masala or pav bhaji masala
  14. some semolina to coat the pattice (you can even completely skip this step or use corn flour instead of semolina)
  15. 1 tsp+ more olive oil to shallow fry the cutlets. 1 tsp of olive oil for each cutlet

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Lets start by cutting the bread slices into round cutlet with the help of any sharp round lid or cup. I have used a lid of plastic box to cut my cutlets. Do it for all the bread slices and keep them aside.
For the stuffing boil and mash one potato, crumble the paneer, cut the capsicum, onion, carrots into small pieces, add green peas and corn to it. This is total 2 cups of mix vegetables.
Heat 1 tsp of olive oil and on a medium high flame add onions, capsicum to it and saute it for 2 minutes.

  2. 2

Add carrots, peas, corn to it and saute again.
Add salt and mix and saute for 2 more minutes.
Do not overcook the vegatables and keep them little crunchy.

  3. 3

Add potato and paneer and mix well.
Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander cumin powder, garam masala, red chilli flakes, oregano, lemon juice and mix well.

  4. 4

Heat a nonstick pan and add some olive oil to it.
Add the veggie stuffing to one round slice bread and cover it with another round slice
Coat it with semoilina and put it on a pan and shallow fry till golden brown.

  5. 5

Serve it with ketchups or chutneys.
Crunchy Crispy mouth watering starter is ready to serve and rock your parties
