Split vanilla beans

Add heavy cream to a steel bottom pot and slowly warm up cream and vanilla beans

When cream is starting to bubble, turn the heat off and let the beans steep for an hour

In a bowl mix the yolks and sugar together

Slowly temper warm cream mix to the egg mix

Strain brulee mix through a fine strainer to smooth it out

Mix melted chocolate with brulee mix

Pour into a cup or another ceramic container to the top

Place cups in a pan and fill with water about a third of the way up the cup

Bake at 350°f for an hour. Rotating the pan every 20 mins

When the brulee starts to set, chill them down to completely firm them up
- 12
Top brulee with marshmallows and toast them, sprinkle crushed Graham crackers on top and drizzle chocolate over everything
