Preheat oven to gas mark 7

Cut bacon and turkey/chicken into small chunks

Slice the mushrooms

Brown the turkey/chicken, bacon and mushroom in frying pan

Add meat and mushrooms into a lidded oven proof dish

Slightly cover the mixture with milk
7

Place in oven for 1 hour
