preheat oven to °500 degrees

then in a small sauce pan over medium heat put the ketchup, water, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic powder,salt n red pepper, chili powder together

bring it to boil then reduce to simmer and cook for 20 minutes

then in a 14×8 baking dish place chicken in it and when the sauce is done pout over chicken and cover tightly with tin foil cook for 15 minutes

then reduce over to °350 then cook for a hour then remove tin foil and cook for another 15 minutes

and it's done cool for 7 minutes and it's ready to serve
