spray inside mold with cooking spray

in a sauce pan add 1cup of water let it boil. after it boils add 1pkg (6oz) jell-o gelatin; stir 3min. until dissolved.

stir in 1 cup of evaporated milk.

pour mixture into mold; refrigerate 3 hours or until firm,

serve immediately

optional decorate with frosting gels or sprinkles, if desired.
