Ingredients

  • 3or 4 ripe bananas
  • 1egg
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 1/2 cupflour
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1/4 cupmelted butter

    Preheat oven to 350deg.

  2. 2

    Mash bananas in mixer until fairly smooth.

  3. 3

    Add all remaining ingredients in order, mixing as you go. Add melted butter last.

  4. 4

    Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
