Ingredients

  • 1 lbstew meat
  • 1/2 cupvegetable oil
  • salt, pepper & flour
  • 1 largeonion, chopped
  • 1 candiced tomatoes
  • 1/2 canwater
  • 1 packagesbaby carrots
  • 2potatoes, diced

Steps

2 hours 10 mins
  1. 1

    Add oil to pan and brown meat with salt, pepper and flour as needed.

  2. 2

    Add onion and brown.

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and water. Cover and simmer 1 1/2 -2 hours.

  4. 4

    When meat is tender, add baby carrots and potatoes.

  5. 5

    Simmer another 90 minutes or so.
