  1. 2 slicewheat bread
  2. 2 piecegrilled chicken
  3. 2 ozgrilled onions
  4. 6cucumber slices
  5. 1/2avocado
  6. 2 ozfresh spinach leaves
  7. 2 sliceswiss cheese
  8. 3 sliceapplewood smoked bacon
  9. 1 tbspthousand island
  10. 1 tbspgarlic dip
  11. 2 slicethin tomatoes
  12. pinchsalt
  13. pepper
  14. salt
  15. pinchblack pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Grill the chicken pieces. Salt and pepper both sides of chicken.

    Toast wheat bread.

  3. 3

    Once bread is toasted spread garlic dip on bottom slice of bread and thousand island on top slice of bread.

    Once chicken is done melt Swiss on chicken.

  5. 5

    Place chicken on bread then layer remaining Ingredients as desired. Salt and pepper tomatoes to taste.

    Place top piece of toast, with thousand island, on top of the other ingredients and then cut in half.
