This is a uncooked sauce I make for myself and my friends.

Wash, cut, and remove seeds from habanero peppers. Use gloves or wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water afterward (Pepper juice in your eyes or other places is not cool man.).

Purée peppers and apple cider vinegar in food processor.

Next add onions and garlic to food processor. Purée completely until smooth.
- 4
Add remaining ingredients and purée until completely smooth and desired consistency.

Enjoy on All Meats, eggs, vegetables, fruits, grilled cheese, quesadilla, etc. etc.. It will keep for at least two weeks in the fridge.
