Tried buttermilk in Batter.. kept overnight.

Steps

Take rice flour, besan & sooji, Add buttermilk portionwise. (Make batter like milkmaid's consistency)

Place batter in casserole about 10-12 hours.

Now add salt, turmeric, half spoon soda, half lemon juice, 1 spoon oil & mix well gently.

Make steamer ready with greased plate.
* Finally Add 1 Satchet Eno - Lime flavor.

Finally Add 1 Satchet Eno - Lime flavor.
* Atonce pour batter in plate.

First 5 minutes flame high then next 15 minutes flame medium.
* Steamed Dhoklaa ready.

TADKAA :-
Heat 1tbsp oil,
Add 3-4 splitted green chillies,
Add 1 spoon mustard seeds,
Add some curry leaves
Pour the tadkaa on steamed dhoklaa. - 8
Garnish with coriander leaves,
Ready to get served/attacked. 😊
