Steps

Prepare a smooth batter with flour, egg yolk, milk, seasoning and salad oil. Mix well and set aside.

Shell prawns. Remove interstines. Wash throughly. Drain on cloth to dry.

Beat egg white stiffly and fold into the batter.
- 4
Heat enough oil to deep fry prawns.
- 5
Dip prawns in batter and deep fry till golden brown.
- 6
Drain on paper and serve hot with sauce of your choice.
