Ingredients

  1. 3Chicken Breast(Skinless)
  2. 4 tbspUnsalted Butter
  3. 2 tbspParmesan Cheese
  4. 1 tspSalt
  5. 4Garlic Cloves
  6. 1 bowlChicken Stock
  7. 1lemon
  8. 2 tbspAll Purpose Flour
  9. 1/4 tspCracked Black Pepper
  10. 2 tbspCooking Oil
  11. 1 tbspChinese Celery

Cooking Instructions

    Make sure the chicken breast is dry before dredge it with Parmesan Cheese and All Purpose Flour.

    Fry the chicken in a butter and oil mixture. Fry until the chicken turn into golden soft crust. Put it on the plate.

    Now, about the sauce. Heat up the Butter mix with Oil. Throw the garlic inside and wait until it smell nice. Be careful with the fire.

    Once the garlic turn a little bit brown throw the lemon juice, chicken stock, cracked Black pepper and Chinese celery into the pan. Wait until the sauce reduce down and thicken. Sprinkle some salt.

    Throw the Fried chicken into the pan wait for 5 minutes then its ready!
