Ingredients

  1. 2 cupbasmati rice
  2. 1 kgchicken or mutton
  3. 1 cupcurd
  4. 4tomatoes
  5. 8-10chilles
  6. 2 tspMint
  7. 1 tspCoriander
  8. 1Cadmaom
  9. 1 "Daal chini
  10. 2Black cadmom
  11. 1 tspCumin
  12. 1 tspBlack peper
  13. 2-3Cloves
  14. as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the chicken thn add curd a cup half spoon ginger garlic paste 1lemon, little beat of salt and put them in fridge for 40mins

    Store biryani basmati rice in a pan with normal water for 40mins now boil water double than rice add salt as per taste mint leaves coriander leaves 3cloves 2-3cadmom daal chini bay 4leaves cumin seeds now add that rice and half boil the rice.. than on another side in a pan or cooker add 2big spoon oil now take around 4 -5 onion fry then in that oil and take off some fried onion aside.. in that pan add ginger garlic paste 1spoon red chilli powder salt coriander powder haldi and some water fry

    Add tomatoes and chillies now add chicken in that cook for 2mins add 1cup water and put them under pressure

    Now take rice in a net or cotton so thst rest of water will rinse

  5. 5

    Take another pan add some oil all over the sides now take that gravy of chicken make layers of chicken gravy thn rice add some fried onions coriander leaves mint leaves biryani masala thn make another layer with chicken gravy and rice and in the end 1spoon of ghee/oil

    Add half cup of milk and food colour according to choice in some white boiled rice add that rice in biryani pan
