To the kadai add 1 tsp of ghee and fry the whole urad dhal until golden brown

Cool it completely

Powder the urad dhal separately. In a separate bowl add powered urad dhal, powdered sugar and 1/4th cup of hot ghee

Mix everything together and make balls (adjust the ghee consistency until everything is binded well)
