Soak sabudana for 4 to 5 hours.

Boil the potatoes and keep it aside

Mash the potatoes and add the sabudana (squeeze the water completely), coriander leaves, curry leaves, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, crushed peanuts and mix well like a dough (Do not add water)

Make it to patties and deep fry in the oil

Serve hot with ketchup
