Heat the cooker on high flame. Add the whole khada salt in the cooker and spread it evenly and place a small bowl in the center

Mix all the ingredients except Eno

Now grease an aluminium container and keep aside

Now add Eno in batter and mix nicely

Immediately pour the mixture in the aluminium container
- 6
Place the container in the cooker

Simmer the flame of the gas. Now remove the rubber gasket and whistle of the cooker cover

Now cover the cooker and reduce the flame. Let it cook for 45 min
- 9
After 45 min poke a knife in the bread and check if it's ready. If the knife comes out clean it's ready

Let the cooker cool by itself. Then slowly run the knife in the sides and remove the bread in a plate

Now leave it for 10-20 min to cool

Now cut the slices and enjoy
