Ingredients

30 mins
  1. 3 lbcountry style boneless pork or beef ribs
  2. 1/4 cuponion, chopped
  3. 1/2 cupchopped celery
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1/4 tsppepper
  6. 1 tbspprepared mustard
  7. 2 tbspbrown sugar
  8. 3 tbspworcestershire sauce
  9. 2 tbspapple cider vinegar
  10. 1/2 cupchili sauce
  11. 1/4 cuplemon juice
  12. 1/2 cupwater

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Cut the ribs into serving size.

  2. 2

    Brown ribs on all sides in frying pan.

  3. 3

    Placed Brown ribs in crock pot

  4. 4

    Mix all remaining ingredients together. Pour the mixture over the ribs in the crock pot.

  5. 5

    Cover and cook on low for 7 hours or on high for 3 1/2 hours

  6. 6
