3 lbcountry style boneless pork or beef ribs
1/4 cuponion, chopped
1/2 cupchopped celery
1/2 tspsalt
1/4 tsppepper
1 tbspprepared mustard
2 tbspbrown sugar
3 tbspworcestershire sauce
2 tbspapple cider vinegar
1/2 cupchili sauce
1/4 cuplemon juice
1/2 cupwater

Cut the ribs into serving size.

Brown ribs on all sides in frying pan.

Placed Brown ribs in crock pot

Mix all remaining ingredients together. Pour the mixture over the ribs in the crock pot.

Cover and cook on low for 7 hours or on high for 3 1/2 hours
