Steps

Boil rice till almost tender wash, and drain then set aside; Boil beans preferably with pressure pot to boil for a shorter time till its tender then set aside

Blend fresh tomatoes, tatashe, fresh pepper and onions and set aside

Heat up canola oil in a pan and once its hot, Lower the heat and pour in the blended tomatoes; allow it fry for about 8 to 10mins

Add salt, crayfish and knorr cube and taste, add chicken stock if available or add little water
- 5
Pour in rice and bean and stir, adjust seasoning if necessary and cover pot
- 6
Once the water dries up, turn off heat and serve
