Raw mango soup

Take a pan put butter, bay leaf, cloves and garlic paste in it. Mix it for 2 minutes.

Put mango puree in it. Mix it well for 2-3 minutes and immediately put water in the pan. Boil it well.

Once water is boiled put conflour paste, salt and jeera powder. Mix and. Boil it again.

Off the gas and put the lid over the pan and let it cool for 2 minutes.

Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
