First Marinate the fish with 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tbsp salt.Keep it for 5mins.

In a mixing jar add 4tbsp Muster Seeds, 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds, 4tbsp Yougurt, Green Chilli 3 nos,Salt & Sugar as per your taste, Turmeric Powder 1tbsp and blend well.

Take a big bowl with air tight lid.

And poured all the muxer into the blow and add 1/2 cup water and mix well.

Then add fish & Mustard Oil mix well. Close the container lid very well.

Now heat a big pan add water put the container in water.

Then cook in mediam flame for 20mins.

After 20mins put the gas off & removed the container from the pan.

Open the container lid very carefully.

Your Recipe is ready, Served with hot steamed rice.
