Steps

Wash & soak chanadal for 5/6 hrs

Peel & grate raw mango, keep aside

Drain all the water of the dal & grind it coarsely along with chillies.

In a large mixing bowl add coarsely chanadal, grated raw mango, salt, sugar

Heat oil in a tadka pan, add mustard seeds allow it to splutter. Add asafoetida, curry leaves. Put off gas & then add turmeric powder.

Pour the tadka in mixing bowl & mix well. Atlast garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Raw mango dal is ready to serve.
