Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupCocoa Powder
  2. 1 stickButter
  3. 2 tbspVegetable Oil
  4. 1 cupSugar
  5. 2Eggs
  6. 1 tspVanilla

Steps

    preheat oven 350

  2. 2

    in a 2qt sausepan conbine Cocoa and Oil

  3. 3

    turn on stovetop to Med High and stir cocco and oil till well mixed

  4. 4

    Add butter and stir till well melted

  5. 5

    Add sugar and stir till well mixed

  6. 6

    Turn off burner remove to cool pan

  7. 7

    When mixture is cool Add eggs one at a time mix well

  8. 8

    Add vanilla and mix well

  9. 9

    Pour in flour and mix well

  10. 10

    Grease 9x9 baking dish and pour in batter Bake 30min.

  11. 11

    May need to bake additional 5min .

  12. 12

    Remove pan to cooling rack and let cool b4 cutting
