Soak the soya mince in warm water for 5-10 minutes until they are soft.

Heat a pressure cooker. Add oil and heat well.

Add the chopped onions and sauté until the onions turn golden brown.

Add the chilli garlic paste and mix well.

Now add the red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well to let the oil release.

Now add the mushrooms and soya mince. Mix well.

Close the pressure cooker and cook until 2 whistles.

When done, add little beat water and keep stirring until oil releases.

Mushroom soya masala is done. You can add more or less water according to your reqiured consistency.

Serve with hot chapatis or bhakri.
