Add the vanilla flavour, baking powder, milk and sugar..

Mix thoroughly, if the consistency of the dough is not light, add water or milk to it to get the consistency..

Place frying pan on heat

Rub with little melted butter or vegetable oil

Scoop one full cooking spoon of the pancake mixture into the hot pan

After some minutes, the top shows some air bubbles, flip the other side.

Repeat process for remaining pancake mixture..

Eat with pap, fruits or sugar syrup..
