Take maida add salt and oil and make a dough, take a wok put oil, jeera, heeng, moong daal (soaked and coarsely grinded) salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, amchur powder stir until it's golden, keep it to cool, take a ball of a dough roll it to make circle, cut into the pieces by the help of cutter, take one piece put the mixture and cover with another piece, seal properly, fry.
