Steps

Place garlic in metal pan and pour oil til just covering garlic. Place in oven at 425°F and remove when garlic is tender and 6 shades darker. Make sure to stir every 7 minutes. Strain oil and set aside. Let garlic cool completely.

While garlic is roasting get rest of ingredients measured and ready to place in food processor.

When garlic is cooled add to food processor and blend till smooth adding saved garlic oil when needed to help process.

Add rest of ingredients to processor and pulse till smooth but keeping some texture adding garlic oil as needed.

Taste for proper flavor, bring all questions and concerns to the chef or supervisor.
