  • 1full chicken
  • enough water to boil until cooked
  • 1 bunchspring onion
  • 2 cubesbeef stock
  • 1potato

  1. 1

    Prepare and cut chicken in pieces bring to boil with very little water in a medium heat

  2. 2

    Keep adding pinch water until is well done

  3. 3

    Add spring onion potato and beef stock

  4. 4

    Mash the potato to thicken the stew
