Ingredients

  • 4Egg
  • 50 gmButter
  • 2Tomato
  • 1 tspChill powder
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • 1Onion
  • 10 pieceGarlic
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1-1 eachWhole garam masala

Steps

40 minute
  1. 1

    Boil the egg and fry with butter and salt cut half

  2. 2

    Heat butter add whole garam masala and fry till aroma left

  3. 3

    Add chopped Onion fry till colour change add garlic paste add dry masala add chopped tomato sauté Cook till tomato mash add salt add water add cut egg cover into low flame for 10 minute till gravy become dry

  4. 4

    Serve with rice
