In one big bowl smash 100 gms paneer. Half boiled peas (half cup),and add it in paneer,add salt as per taste,1 tspn red chilli powder,1 tspoon garam masala,chopped coriander,bread crums half cup,1 tspoon ginger garlic paste,ajwain 1 tspoon.

Mix all the ingredients well and make a dough. Start making kababs,coat the kababs with corn starch and bread crums.

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry kababs. They taste very yummy.
