Firstly take kurdai wash it and soak in water till it becomes soft like noodles... Drain all excess water and keep it aside

Make sure thereis no water in it

Take a pan add oil and let it heat. Add jeera and mustard seed and let it plutter then add chopped onion and let it cook a beat

As onion turn pink add haldi,chilli powder and mix well
- 5
Now add soaked kurdai and mix well, add salt to taste, coriander leaves for garnish
