Ugali sukuma served with mutton and guacamole

Put the water into boiling. Add your flour little by little as you adjust your heat to low. Stir till the flour is well mixed. Note not to make it hard.

When leave it to cook like for 10 minutes. But you can keep turning

On the other sauce pan put your onions and your desired cooking oil. Turn and don't let the onion turn Brown.

Add your clean cut sukuma,pinch of salt and stir for like 5 minutes.

In another sauce pan. Add your mutton and in low heat, let it boil with own water.

When it's dry add some water and put it for a boil. It can boil as long as 20 minutes is you wish

When it's dry add your onions and tomatoes. Let the tomatoes cook. NB no putting cooking oil.

When ready serve all with a guacamole.
