Ingredients

  • 2 cupspoha(washed and soaked)
  • 1 cupFinely chopped onions,tomatoes and cucumber
  • 1 cuppomegranate seeds
  • 1 cupwashed and soaked dalia (roasted gram dal)and peanuts
  • 1 cupfresh coconut (finely grated)
  • 2-3green chillies finely chopped
  • Salt,sugar and lemon juice as per your taste
  • as neededFinely chopped fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
  • Finely chopped carrots and small size grapes can be added to enhance the taste and nutrition

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a serving bowl and mix all the ingredients very lightly.Add sugar,salt and lemon juice.Mix well.

    Now in a tadka pan,heat some oil.Add jeera,mustard seeds and hing.

    Wait till it splutters.

    Add this seasoning to the serving bowl.Garnish with coriander.
