1 kgBoneless chicken
25 gmGinger paste
30 gmGarlic paste
75 gmMaida
2Egg
100 gmChicken kebab masala
10-12 gmKasturi methi
Salt as required
As neededOil for deep frying

Clean the chicken

Add salt,ginger,garlic paste and rub on the chicken

In another bowl add egg,chicken kebab masala, maida and kasturi methi

Leave it for 3-4 hrs

Then take kadai pour oil and fry the kababs till it turned light brown in colour
6

Serve with onions and lemon wedges
