Ingredients

  1. 3 piecesPotato
  2. 1/4 piecesCarrot
  3. 1 tbspFrozen Corn
  4. 1/4 piecesOnion (if you like it)
  5. 1/3 piecesJapanese Cucumber
  6. 2 sheetsHam
  7. 5 tbspJapanese Mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the carrot into small bite size. Boil the carrot and frozen corn. Cut the Ham into small bite size.

    Slice the onion. Leave in water for 5 minutes and squeeze out the water. (If your kids do not like raw onion, it's better to boil it.)

    Peel the cucumber in alternating strip and cut into small chunks. Leave in salt water (200ml of water to 1tsp of salt) for 5 minutes. When tender, remove and squeeze out the water.

    Wash the Potatoes well and remove any eyes. Wrap them in plastic wrap and use Microwave for 7 - 8 minutes. (If Potatoes still hard, use Microwave for a bit longer.) Stab the bamboo skewer and goes through easily, the potatoes are done.

    Peel the Potatoes skill off. Mash the Potatoes. If you do not have a masher, mash on the back of the fork.

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Add the Mayonnaise.
