Ingredients

  • 1small packet of maggie
  • 1 cupmixed finely chopped cabbage and onion
  • Capsicum (optional)
  • 1/2 cupchopped coriander
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder or as per taste
  • 1 tspjeera powder
  • 2-3 tbspfine rava
  • 3-4 tbspbesan
  • Oil to deep fry

Steps

  1. 1

    For Maggie:- take a pan add 1glass of water(approx 180ml) then boil the Maggie add Maggie masala wit it and boil for around 80%..don't over cook it. Let it cool for sometime

  2. 2

    Then. Take a bowl add all the ingredients then mix it properly..

  3. 3

    Then make the balls and deep fry it in oil on medium flame until it turns to golden colour..

  4. 4

    Serve garama garam pakoda with sauce...
