Ingredients

  1. 700 gmChicken
  2. 100 gmHung curd
  3. 50 gmCream
  4. 20 gmGinger paste
  5. 40 gmGarlic
  6. 3 tbspLemon juice
  7. 7-8Deseeded green chillies finely chopped
  8. 4 gmNutmeg powder
  9. Salt as required

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the chicken and cut into medium pieces

    In another bowl add curd,cream,ginger paste,garlic paste,lemon juice,chopped chillies,nutmeg powder,salt

    Add chicken and marinate it in the mixture keep aside for 3-4 hrs

  4. 4

    Place the chicken in the sleek rods and place it in the tandoor for 10 min until fully cooked

  5. 5

    Serve it with salad, lemon wedges and green chutney
