Steps

Peel, wash & cut the potatoes into circular shapes.

Mix garam flour,masala,food colour, chopped dhania,& salt with measured water & ensure it doesn't have lumps.

Drain the water from your clean potatoes,& add them gradually with a plate into the mixture.

With your hand drop one piece at a time into the heated frying pan.
- 5
Fry until the colour is a crisp golden brown, & serve on plate with Serviette to drain the excess oil.
- 6
Serve with garnish of fresh kachumbari or tomato sauce.
