Wash and peel off the green skin of the mango, using a Julienne peeler.tomato& bell pepper cut into strips.

In a mixing bowl mango, bell pepper, tomato Juliennes add salt, lemon juice, sprinkle powered sugar toss to coat.

Put the salad in a serving plate add peanuts & fresh mint leaves and serve.
